A Kick Up The 80s have been delighting audiences with our fun-packed 80s party shows for 10 years now. Not only do we sound just like your favourite 80s band, we look like them too - we have loads of costume changes and dance routines throughout our show and GUARANTEE to make your occasion one to remember! Just be prepared for lots of dancing to wonderfully cheesy 80s pop!

Right now there are so many 80s bands around it's difficult to know which one to go with. After all, you are investing a large amount of money and faith in strangers to make your night complete.

We are one of the only 80s tribute bands to have a male and female lead singer, meaning that we can do all the great 80s songs and duets.

We play around 35 shows a year - from weddings to birthday parties, theme nights, corporate events, hotel functions etc - so we are very experienced and professional when working with you.

What type of events can you play at?

Over the years we have performed shows at towns and cities up and down the country and at many different types of event, including:

CORPORATE PARTIES / EVENTS - See the boss girating to 'Love Shack', and make sure you get photographic evidence! Better still, email your photo to us and we'll post it on this site!
FESTIVALS / OUTDOOR SHOWS - We'll get the crowd up and dancing - big or small.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES - Getting to 30 or 40 (or even 50)? Show us you can still boogie with the best of them!
ANNIVERSARIES - Re-live that first romantic moment with 'Time of My Life'. 'Like a Virgin' anyone?
80s THEME NIGHTS / SCHOOL REUNIONS - We guarantee to bring the memories flooding back and make it an excellent night for all.
STAG AND HEN NIGHTS - The Hens love 'Raining Men' and the Stags love 'Town Called Malice'. Our singing competition during 'Don't You Want Me' is great fun!
WEDDINGS - We are one of the most experienced wedding bands. We will work with you and your entertainment manager/organiser to ensure things run as smoothly as possible on your special day.

How much do you charge?: Our fee is dependant on the distance, time of year, length of show and even the day of the week. Beware of artist websites that state a fixed fee; They will be loading the price to make sure that all their costs are covered. Unless you live in John O' Groats the stated fee will always be too high. We prefer to make sure that your fee is fairly priced. If you want to save a bit of money, our fees will always be less if you book us midweek and avoid busy periods such as Christmas.
